Curious by default. Still am
I've spent 20 years building brands, digital products and physical spaces, much of it running my own agencies. What keeps me interested is getting dropped into industries I know little about. Parking. Hydrofoils. Chicken. Legal tech. Hotels. Learning how something works, then figuring out how to make people understand it and want it.
How I work
I make things simple and clear without making them cold. I'm always after the human nerve, the part that makes someone connect with a brand instead of just using it, and that's harder to fake as the world turns machine-made.
I work across brand, digital and physical, and I've stayed technical. I started as a developer and never quite left, which helps me design for what will actually get made, not what looks good in a deck.
I still design, hands on. I've led teams and worked closely with clients for most of my career, and my job is to build the trust that turns a decent brief into something nobody expected.
Where I come in
Complex things that need someone to make them clear. New categories. Technology that's real but hasn't found its words yet. The shape varies. A project, a longer engagement, a seat on a team. Give me the difficult problem over the easy brief.
